Meet Ann Mac

Ann Mac is a Holistic Healer who is committed to making positive changes in people’s lives through her healing practices. Her passion is The Spinal Flow Technique & Intuitive Healing and loves seeing the change it creates in her clients, also working to balance and harmonize the body’s subtle energy fields, promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Ann’s passion for healing began in 2012, but her journey to becoming a holistic healer was a slow burn, as she knew that something needed to change and that she had something to offer. She loves helping people and enjoys seeing the positive impact of her work in their bodies, lives, and the smiles on their faces.

Ann believes that the body has all it needs to heal itself, and that by utilizing some form of holistic therapy, stressors can be reduced, and the body can function optimally.
